• Proven leader in a quality, food led pub or restaurant.
• Calm, commercial and guest obsessed with strong training and recovery skills.
• Confident with various stock and restaurant management systems.

Responsibilities

• Host confidently, pace service, and resolve guest issues.
• Recruit and manage the front of house team, with training using CPL.
• Manage cashing up, stock control, and reservations effectively.
