Job summary

ATG Entertainment in Woking is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead the Customer Experience team on shift at cinema and theatre venues. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and ensure exceptional service, cash handling, stock control, and smooth front-of-house operations.

You will oversee staff, contribute to sales initiatives, and represent the venue professionally while maintaining health and safety standards. Evening and weekend work are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of operating a busy venue.
• Experience of cash handling and stock control.
• Strong leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate a varied team of staff.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Experience team on shift in a busy Front of House operation.
• Ensure accuracy in processes and systems (Kappture, Vivenu, incident reporting).
• Maintain health and safety, licensing, and food hygiene compliance.
• Be present Front of House during performances and manage issues effectively.
• Drive sales and oversee staff training and stock processes.
