Côte Brasserie is seeking a flexible and energetic Cross-Functional Front of House Team Member in Cirencester. You will rotate between roles such as running food, serving guests, maintaining a clean dining area, and assisting with drink preparation.

Qualifications

• People-person with positive, professional attitude.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm.
• Take and serve orders; answer questions; handle transactions.
• Run food, clear tables; keep FOH clean and welcoming.
• Monitor seating and guest flow; support guests waiting.
• Adapt to different FOH roles as needed throughout the day.
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure smooth service.
