Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle bookings, sign clients in, take phone calls, and general front desk duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
• Support team operations during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with both staff and management.
• Open and/or close studio ensuring health and safety report is completed.
• Stay up to date on fitness trends and proactively share ideas.
• Support management by ensuring studio standards remain Instagram ready.
