Job summary

Connect Appointments recruiting a Front-Line Manager for a Bathgate bakery facility. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary and a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, supporting operations from 7am–7pm or 10am–10pm.

You will lead a team of operators, monitor attendance and performance, drive standards, and implement process improvements. Experience in food manufacturing and SAP familiarity are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety.
• Experience utilising manufacturing systems such as SAP.
• Hands-on, organised approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

What’s on offer?

• £32,500 per annum
• 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
• 7am to 7pm, OR 10am to 10pm
