Job summary

1st Formations is seeking a Front-End Web Developer to build and maintain high-quality web interfaces across a growing portfolio of websites and products. You will translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces, delivering fast, accessible SPAs and collaborating with designers and engineers.

The role requires hands-on development with HTML, JavaScript, Next.js, and Node.js, plus experience with Payload CMS and cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience building real web applications.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Next.js and Node.js.
Experience with Payload CMS.
Proven experience translating design (Figma or similar) into production-ready code.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain web applications using HTML, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Develop and maintain SPAs with clean, modular, maintainable code.
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end code.
Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to deliver features end-to-end.
Write performant, responsive, cross-browser code and follow coding standards.
Test and debug to ensure a reliable user experience.
