A leading retail pharmacy chain in Nottingham seeks a permanent full-time front-end developer to join their Optimisation Team. The successful candidate will implement features on boots.com, participate in A/B testing, and work cross-functionally to enhance user experiences. Key skills include strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS, with familiarity in A/B testing tools and Git as a plus. We are looking for a permanent full-time front‑end developer to work within our Optimisation Team building components & experiences to identify and drive growth. You will be embedded within the team and a key driver of Optimisation & Personalisation across Boots Digital. The Optimisation and Personalisation team delivers year on year incremental value for Boots.com. This is primarily done through the deployment and subsequent analysis of A/B tests and personalisation activities on the website.
