Job summary

Seamflow is seeking a Front End Design Engineer who thinks in finished interfaces, not fake mockups. You will own the interface, including layout, typography, interaction, motion, and the design system underpinning it.

You’ll ship to production in your first week and work closely with reviewers handling dense regulatory data. The role values taste and engineering strength over specific tool histories, with a stack that is learnable quickly.

Qualifications

• Designed and built an interface used daily, not just a mock.
• Taste in typography, spacing, motion, and hierarchy; able to explain why details matter.
• You design the whole stack: design, frontend, state and data it sits on.
• You can design for density: expert users and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the interface from sketch to production, shipped in production in week one.
• Decide how a reviewer sees findings and how AI outputs are corrected.
• Build and maintain the design system and ensure consistency across the product.
