Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Experienced Front Desk team member in Marylebone. The role involves welcoming and assisting clients, managing appointments, answering calls with professional phone etiquette, and providing top-tier customer service. Additional tasks include managing front desk operations, coordinating sales opportunities, and ensuring the seamless daily functioning of the salon’s reception area. This is a (Tuesday-Saturday role- 10am to 7pm)!

The Role :

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and polished Front Desk Coordinator with a strong background in sales and client service. You’ll be the first face our clients see, creating an inviting atmosphere while helping grow the business through exceptional communication, product knowledge, and booking efficiency.

Responsibilities :
