Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load and check the van to ensure it’s roadworthy and ready to deliver.
• Handle order changes, substitutions, or short-dated items and offer refunds where needed.
• Keep the van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised for safe delivery.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver the best service for customers.
• Be welcoming to customers and colleagues and adapt to changing needs on the road.
