Job summary

At Barchester Healthcare, a Food & Beverage Assistant supports a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors. You will help prepare dining areas, serve meals and refreshments, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the home.

You’ll work closely with hospitality and kitchen teams to deliver day-to-day food and beverage services, using a friendly, professional approach to provide an outstanding mealtime experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
