Job summary

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Van Driver to support a client in Kidlington. The role offers a well-paid Friday night schedule with a pay rate of £25.00 per hour and an average shift length of 8 hours.

You will collect produce from Barking and London depots, return goods to Kidlington, and unload at the destination. A valid UK driving licence and delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences only.
• Have previous commercial driving or delivery experience.
• Be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
• Be reliable, punctual and committed to Friday night work.
• Have a professional and responsible approach to driving and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collect produce from two client locations in Barking and London.
• Load and unload the vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Transport produce back to the Kidlington depot.
• Unload and place produce into the correct locations within the depot.
• Complete all collections and deliveries safely, efficiently and on time.
• Carry out manual handling duties as required.
