Job summary

Tesco UK in Wirral is seeking a Store Team Manager on a permanent basis. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance across trading hours.

You will recruit, train, and coach colleagues, ensuring strong product knowledge, great service, and robust health and safety practices. This role offers flexibility and a path to career growth within Tesco.

• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trading by coaching the team on safety tools.
