Brakes in Reading is seeking a Fresh Produce Specialist to drive fruit and vegetable sales across the South East region. You will support sales teams, engage with clients, and leverage market knowledge to advise and tailor solutions.

You will meet and exceed targets, manage CRM interactions, and demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills. The role includes a bonus scheme and a company car or car allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fruit and vegetable sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UK fruit & vegetable market is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer management.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and client presentations.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen with a proactive sales mindset.

As a Fresh Produce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our fruit and vegetable sales across the South East of England. Your expertise in this sector will be invaluable in assisting our sales teams to both attract new customers and enhance our services to existing clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work alongside sales teams to drive fruit and vegetable sales.
• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of the UK fruit and vegetable market to advise and guide customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of our business.
• Employ your experience with CRM systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
• Attending internal trade shows

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in fruit and vegetable sales would be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UK fruit and vegetable market would be an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong user of Powerpoint
• Exceptional presentation & communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A proactive approach to sales and customer relations
