Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Produce sanitation courses required.
• On-the-job training provided for produce and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation and department profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop all department employees.
• Determine department goals with Store Director and establish weekly schedules and daily work plans.
• Manage inventory, signage, displays, and merchandise to ensure freshness and competitive pricing.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends, plan promotions and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee department bookkeeping and financial procedures including invoices and storage procedures.
