French Teacher (Part-Time) - B26, Birmingham

Role: French Teacher (2 days per week - Monday & Tuesday)

Contract Type: Part-Time, Ongoing

Aspire People are working with a well-regarded school in the B26 area of Birmingham, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified language teacher looking to work 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday), delivering engaging French lessons and inspiring a love of languages in students.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and effective French lessons
  • Teach across KS2 and/or KS3 (depending on school phase)
  • Promote cultural awareness and enthusiasm for language learning
  • Assess and track student progress in line with school policies
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership staff
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - essential
  • Experience teaching French in a UK school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
  • Passionate about language education and pupil development
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one through Aspire People)
