Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in French? We are seeking a French Speaking Transport Controller to join a dynamic team in Folkestone. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage detection systems and service areas.
• Respond swiftly to alarms, following emergency protocols and coordinating with rescue services.
• Facilitate safe access for emergency vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records using computerised systems and logbooks.
• Communicate continuously with colleagues in the UK and France.
• Maintain communication with controllers and supervisors.
• Identify causes of service disruptions and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Share critical service updates with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation and support continuity of service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with intermediate or higher French (B2 or above) essential.
• Valid driving licence.
