French Speaking Sales Account Manager

With the business spanning over 80 years, our client has become a very well-known organization producing bespoke products which they trade internationally. Due to continued expansion they seek an Internal Sales to join their busy sales office.

The purpose of the role is to complete professional and highly accurate sales support activities. The successful candidates will be working closely with internal sales executives, sales professionals, customers and internal business teams, providing a complete, first class customer experience to their French clients.

As French Speaking Sales Account Manager your role will include:
  • Taking responsibility of your own portfolio of customers, providing a professional and efficient service
  • Building relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business development
  • Using high attention to detail and an organised approach to ensure orders are processed and delivered OTIF
  • Using expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Ensuring all sales documentation, including export/customs paperwork, is completed accurately and in line with HMRC regulations
The successful French Speaking Sales Account Manager will:
  • Fluent in English and French (any other languages are beneficial but not essential)
  • Knowledge of international trade and export documentation
  • A passion, drive and ability to deliver sales and identify sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt within a fast changing market
  • Professional and personable style to develop strong customer relationships
  • Able to use initiative and work independently, whilst also working as part of a larger team
  • SAP Experience (not essential as training will be provided)
