Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to sell premium and luxury brands aboard cruise ships worldwide, creating immersive guest experiences and driving sales through events and strong product knowledge.

You will live and work on board for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month home break, and receive accommodation, meals, visas and seafaring documents as part of a contract role.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required for customer interactions and brand alignment.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail delivering high-end service.
• Strong face-to-face communication and sales skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with goals orientation.

Responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship anywhere in the world.
• Create a memorable retail experience for guests on board.
• Maximise sales by promoting a quality range of products through events and promotions.
