You will provide real-time IT support during market hours, monitor trading activity, and collaborate with Trading Desks and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Solid IT foundations with Linux/UNIX and SQL basics.
• Genuine interest in financial products and the ability to translate between traders and developers.

Responsibilities

• Provide live, real-time IT support for Front Office trading platforms during market hours.
• Monitor real-time trading activity, investigate system behavior, and resolve production incidents.
• Manage real-time market data configurations and support electronic execution workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Trading Desks and Development/Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in change management, testing, and system release deployments.
