You will be assisting with the administration of export orders, including all documentation and liaison with warehouses. This is a great opportunity to kick‑start a career in Logistics and Sales administration.

  • Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure required stock is available and advise on any delays.
  • Coordinate with transport companies to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare required shipping documentation for EU, Irish, and overseas deliveries.
  • Follow up on orders through to full completion.
  • Respond to general business enquiries via email and phone.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Liaise with export customers and transport companies.
  • Assist with general office administration.
