Job: French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client is a Distribution company based in Dungannon with new modern offices. They are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (with French or Spanish) to assist with the development of their growing business and to ensure delivery of a professional level of service. The candidate will ideally have a history of Customer Service experience, Administration, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel skills with either French or Spanish as a second language.

Responsibilities
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Use of CRM to manage customer queries and resolutions
  • Help customers use our online ordering portal and process orders
  • Ownership of queries and projects with timely responses provided
  • Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges
  • Internal and external reporting
  • Oversight of operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Customer Service Representative experience or similar
  • Able to communicate fluently in French or Spanish (German a preference but not mandatory)
  • Demonstration of taking initiative and ownershipAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
  • Able to work strongly in a team, or independently
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Preference to be degree educated but not a requirement.
