After-school Nanny

This lovely family based in Southwark, London is seeking a caring After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and school-aged child. Someone who speaks French is a big bonus.

Working hours

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Duties

• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
• Ensuring the safety, well‑being, and development of the children.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
• Cooking just for the children; batch cooking is a plus but not required.
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.

Qualifications

A valid first aid qualification is required. The role involves general nanny duties, including cooking for the children. Batch cooking is helpful but not essential.
