Location

Hybrid - Head Office based in London. 3 days in the office. Training will be fully office-based.

Role

Sales Consultant (French & English Speaking)

Salary / Rate

£12.30 per hour + benefits

Commission

Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid monthly. On-target earnings of approximately £5,000 per annum (Commission does not form part of contractual remuneration and may change at any time).

Reports to

Team Manager

Progression

Opportunities to progress into roles such as Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive, and Team Manager.

Hours

40 hours per week, between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Travel Agent to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through inbound and outbound interactions. Suitable candidates will be fluent in French and English and have a passion for delivering outstanding service while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls for both sales and service enquiries.
  • Manage service requests using internal systems.
  • Generate sales by understanding customer needs and creating desire for products.
  • Cancel, modify, or confirm existing bookings.
  • Provide outbound cover during peak periods.
  • Upsell additional products, services, and extended stays.
  • Assist customers via live chat regarding product and booking enquiries.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required by the business.

Additional Requirements
