Overview

Customer Care Contact Centre Representative FRENCH, DUTCH and ENGLISH. The role is a fully remote role. Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. This is a global ecommerce solutions provider that combines integrated technologies, professional services, and a logistics infrastructure to deliver unique and branded customer service to their clients. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers, to understand their needs and requirements, while working to exceed these wherever possible.

* Answer inquiries through telephone and email communication, while maintaining and updating the customer database

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering customers questions regarding orders and potential orders via phone call and email
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and ability to diffuse angry clients, as needed
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
  • Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
  • Entering customer\'s orders accurately and efficiently
  • Problem solving customers claims
  • Accurate recording of customer interactions in the contact centre systems
  • Responding to customer demand in multiple languages - German and Dutch
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
Skills required
  • Fluent French and Dutch speaker
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • A positive can-do attitude to work, with the ability to embrace the challenges that a customer service job can present
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook & Word) and confident Internet usage & the ability to research
  • Flexible, open minded and solution oriented with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced Internet environment
