A technology solutions provider in Newry is seeking a customer support representative to assist in expanding its presence in the French market. The role requires fluency in both French and English with a hybrid work model offered after 6 months. You will initially support France through phone cover while gradually taking on more responsibilities. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and possess basic computer skills.
Speak with customers in both Ireland and France. Full technical training will be provided.
Location: Newry Office With Hybrid After 6 Months. 3 In : 2 Remote
This role will start taking responsibility for a territory in Ireland. You will initially only support an existing role in France and provide that support through phone cover during lunch breaks and absence etc.
We are ambitious with the French market and expect it to grow to the point where it needs two full time agents. The long term view is that you will gradually get busier supporting France to the point that you will eventually move to full time working on France.
