London | £29,500 | Full Time - 40 Hours per Week

TeamJobs are delighted to be recruiting for a Careline Advisor - Multilingual Speaker to join a leading customer experience organisation at their London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and Dutch speaker to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer care to consumers across the Benelux region.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for consumers, handling product queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Managing customer interactions across multiple channels – including social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proactively engaging with consumers online, ensuring timely and accurate responses that reflect the brand's tone of voice.
  • Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and quality specialists to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences.
  • Following clear procedures and processes to meet quality and service standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluent French and Dutch speaker with strong English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic approach.
  • Previous customer care experience (ideally in the food industry).
  • Strong IT literacy – Google Suite, Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.

Hours:

Operational hours: Monday‑Friday, 7:30am‑4pm and Saturday, 8am‑1pm.

Contracted hours: 8am‑8pm Monday‑Sunday – occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
