About the role

Your ability to communicate effectively, utilise CRM tools, and collaborate across departments will ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent performance reporting.

You will be responsible for

Managing and growing a portfolio of customers by offering competitive rates, providing regular updates, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Proactively sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams.

About you

You’re a motivated and dynamic sales professional who knows the importance of building strong customer relationships and delivering proactive, reliable service. With a solid background in sales and customer support, you’re confident managing an existing portfolio while actively seeking out new business opportunities. You have a natural ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and consistently achieve positive results.

Although direct experience in ferry services isn’t essential, a good understanding of the logistics, transport, or freight forwarding sectors will be a real advantage.

Your approachable communication style and collaborative mindset make you a great fit for team environments, yet you’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys building connections, thrives on meeting targets, and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
