• Handle carrier bookings, VGM submissions, export customs entries.
• Manage cross trade shipments, liaising with overseas agents.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.

Freight Forwarder — Location: Woking, Surrey; Salary: £28,000 - £33,000; Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate export shipments (with focus on seafreight, but exposure to air/road too).
• Handle carrier bookings, VGM submissions, export customs entries, and Bills of Lading instructions.
• Manage cross trade shipments, liaising with overseas agents and partners.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.
