Are you ready to be at the heart of a worldwide operation while enjoying the support and camaraderie of a close‑knit office? Our client is looking for a Freight Coordinator to keep goods moving smoothly across air, ocean, and road networks. Every shipment counts, and you'll play a key role in delivering excellence to customers around the globe.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage air, ocean, and road shipments from quote to delivery.
  • Prepare and check all import/export paperwork and customs documentation.
  • Complete HAWBs, MAWBs, IATA forms, and other shipping documents.
  • Provide top‑notch support and respond to customer queries.
  • Arrange collections and deliveries with haulage partners.
  • Provide competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Keep the office stocked with essential shipping supplies.
  • Support your team with any additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Special Focus:
  • Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored and transported safely following Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
  • Monitor temperature‑sensitive shipments to maintain product integrity.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with air/ocean freight consolidations and IATA procedures.
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures, including Inward & Outward Processing Reliefs.
  • Confident in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ASM/Chief systems and NCTS is a bonus.
  • Training in dangerous goods or letters of credit is a plus – we can provide training.
