Job Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented Freight and Shipping Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily freight activities, including booking Air and Ocean freight shipments, arranging local and international deliveries, and ensuring the timely and accurate flow of goods through the supply chain.

You will work across multiple online freight platforms and liaise closely with carriers, freight networks, customs teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant movement of all shipments. This is a key operational role requiring excellent communication, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a can‑do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking and coordinating Air, Ocean, and Road freight shipments.
  • Managing import and export documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaising with freight networks, shipping lines, carriers, and third‑party logistics providers.
  • Communicating with Customs and Port Health authorities as needed.
  • Tracking shipments and providing updates internally and to clients.
  • Supporting the wider supply chain team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Resolving any issues or delays to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or a similar logistics role (preferred but not essential).
