Job description

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative you will work in a large freezer in temperatures of up to -25°C. Safety is our top priority, so full thermal gear is provided. You are at the beating heart of our delivery team, ensuring every one of our 215,000 orders per week are correct, undamaged and delivered on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are accurate, undamaged and on time in a freezing environment.

Qualifications

• No experience is required – just bring a positive attitude, and we’ll provide all the training you need.

Shift Options

• Daytime: 4:30 am – 2:30 pm (any 4 days out of 7)
• Nighttime: 6:35 pm – 4:35 am (any 4 days out of 7)

Salary & Bonuses

Starting salary: £13.26 per hour (including a freezer premium).

• Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am – 6 am).
• Overtime paid at 1.25× basic rate.

Trade Roster – Receive your work roster a week in advance and be rewarded for your flexibility. You could earn up to £100 extra per month and be eligible for priority overtime. Core Roster – Plan your work‑life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 6‑13 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to plan with family and friends.
