Job summary

Our Client, an independent B2B content marketing agency based in London, seeks a versatile Freelance Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer. This rolling contract is outside IR35 with potential to transition into a permanent role, and covers ownership from shoot to delivery across hybrid, studio, and on-location environments.

You will work with the Creative Director to translate strategy into high-impact visuals, manage end-to-end production, direct shoots, and craft motion graphics using

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a videographer, filmmaker, or motion designer in an agency or client-facing role.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and cinematography across various settings.
• Advanced post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro for narrative editing.
• Expertise in 2D motion graphics and kinetic typography with After Effects.
• A showreel demonstrating visual storytelling, technical craft, and branded content.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end video production from pre-production to delivery.
• Direct and capture footage on location, in studios, and on-set.
• Lead external production crews for larger shoots when needed.
• Edit, grade, and animate short-form videos (≈90s) and occasional longer pieces (up to 10m).
• Develop motion graphics and visual assets from scratch and to elevate client assets.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to test new treatments and integrate tools.
