A leading contractor in the hospitality fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a hotel project in Manchester. This temporary role, lasting 8-10 weeks with immediate start, involves overseeing M&E and Drylining packages while working 10-hour shifts. Applicants must possess relevant certifications and IT proficiency.
Job Description
We’re currently working with a Northwest-based specialist fit-out contractor, who works with some of the leading hospitality businesses in the UK. They’ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to assist with the M&E and Drylining packages on a hotel in Manchester.
This role will offer an immediate start and last for the next 8-10 weeks. Working patterns will consist of 10-hour days, with shifts between 07:00 – 17:00 or 08:00 – 18:00.
You’ll need a valid SMSTS, First Aid certification, and to be IT literate, as they are utilising Excel to complete progress updates and track ongoing snags.
