FREELANCE Senior Quantity Surveyor – Building/Construction – 3 to 6 months, up to £450 per day [OUTSIDE IR35]

My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £100m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from £5m to £10m across the Midlands. At present they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially support these schemes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A build main contracting background
• JCT contract knowledge
• Sector experience within Industrial, Sport & Leisure, Retail
