Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential and mixed-use development.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent schemes effectively.
• Experience working on a freelance/contractor basis, ideally Outside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across live projects from feasibility to final account.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Manage procurement processes and tendering.
