Job description

We’re looking fortwo experienced freelance Account Managers or Senior Account Managersto join aglobal healthcare communications group, working across an exciting mix ofinternational pharma marketing projects.

You’ll play a key role in deliveringhigh-quality, creative and strategic campaignsacross multiple European markets – from apaediatric neurology launch, to a portfolio of smaller accounts spanning digital, media, and congress work.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing and coordinating client accounts across Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Switzerland), ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
  • Acting as the main client contact. Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and keeping communication flowing.
  • Supporting launches and campaigns across a range of deliverables: websites, webinars, media campaigns, MOA videos, congress and clinical materials, and marketing assets for multiple brands.
  • Collaborating with creative, digital, and strategy teams across markets to produce engaging and compliant healthcare content.
  • Balancing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment, particularly during busy congress seasons.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as anAccount Manager or Senior Account Managerwithin ahealthcare advertising or creative med comms agency, ideally with international project exposure.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, and confidence managing clients and deliverables independently.
  • Fluency in English is essential; familiarity with other European markets or languages (especially German or Italian) is an advantage.
  • Flexible, proactive and comfortable working remotely with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
