• Clear written English and professional with senior client contacts.
• Experience handling confidential business information.
• Available for UK working hours and occasional client meetings.

• Arrange interviews and review meetings with client teams.
• Maintain the evidence request list, action log and delivery calendar.
• Track owners and due dates, flag delays early.
• Keep meeting notes clear and follow up actions.
• Organise document versions and consolidate review comments.
• Support weekly progress updates and the final handover.
