Job summary

Eleven Visualisation in London, UK is seeking a detail oriented freelance 3D architectural modeller (3ds Max). You’ll transform CAD drawings, Revit exports, sketches, PDFs, or photo references into clean, production-ready models for exteriors, interiors, landscapes and furniture.

Read plans accurately, organise briefs, plan modelling tasks with time estimates, and prepare scenes for handover to visualisation artists. Remote work is supported, with hourly or per-project engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional 3D architectural modelling experience required.
• Advanced AutoCAD and 3ds Max proficiency expected.
• Professional-level English reading, writing and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse project brief and organise information; flag issues or inconsistencies.
• Formulate a modelling plan with time estimates and final output details.
• Read architectural plans accurately and export models as needed.
• Model architecture, interiors, furniture, and site context in 3ds Max from varied sources (DWG, Revit exports, sketches, PDFs, photos).
• Prepare scenes for handover: clean topology, logical naming, correct real-world scale, organized layers.
• Build vegetation and repeating elements using Forest Pack and RailClone.
• Ensure compatibility with Corona workflows (proxies, material slots, hygiene).
• Manage own workload against deadlines and flag issues early.
• Review final models with team and update as needed.
