We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working with a specialist Strip Out and Enabling Works Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for both estimating and surveying functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit tenders for new projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor orders and variations.
  • Prepare valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with JCT contract requirements.
  • Support the project team with commercial and financial guidance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enabling works or strip out projects (preferable).
  • Strong knowledge of JCT Contracts.
  • Experience in both estimating and surveying roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating and cost management software.
