Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required for engaging with buyers and tenants.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Property Viewings and Meet & Greet appointments.
• Video Viewings and Photography tasks as needed.
• Floor plans, inspections and related duties as required.
