Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a major construction project on a Tier 1 contractor, based in Norwich. You will manage design delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, cost and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years as Principal Designer, CDM or Design Safety, with experience in water, wastewater or utilities and a strong knowledge of CDM 2015.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of risk management and design safety principles
