An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the CEO of a start-up Media Brand. We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to work closely with the CEO on a 1:1 basis. The role will suit a PA who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and is confident managing a varied portfolio of tasks across both business and private.

The role offers the flexibility to work on a virtual basis, with weekly face to face meetings with the CEO based in Central London. This is a full time role Monday to Friday and the successful candidate must be set up to work on a freelance basis.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management across multiple business ventures
  • Liaising with clients and supporting all related logistics
  • Overseeing internal communications
  • Coordinating complex international travel, including multi-stop itineraries
  • Managing professional memberships and subscriptions
  • Full inbox and diary management
  • Scheduling and booking appointments
  • Ad-hoc administrative and personal support as required

We are seeking an experienced PA who is well presented, hard working and has a flexible attitude.

The successful candidate must have prior start up experience and should be comfortable working independently. The role will be to start ASAP so all applicants must be immediately available.
