Job summary

Coletshealthclub in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Freelance Parent & Child Swim Teacher to lead our Parent & Child swim courses on a freelance basis. Courses run in 6/7-week blocks aligned with the school terms, offering regular teaching opportunities throughout the year.

Ideal candidates have Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification, DBS and First Aid, plus experience teaching babies and young children. Private lessons and cover teaching within the wider programme may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have experience teaching babies, toddlers and young children.
• ASA/Swim England Level 2 or equivalent.
• SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers preferred.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parent & Child Swim Courses on a freelance basis.
• Courses run in 6/7-week blocks aligned with the academic term calendar.
• Provide regular and predictable teaching opportunities throughout the year.
• Opportunity to deliver private swimming lessons.
• Potential cover teaching across wider swim programme.
• Work within a supportive and professional health club environment.
