• Coordinate subcontractors and labour on site.
• Maintain site records, permits, and night shift reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings as required.
• Liaise with the day team to ensure smooth handovers.
• Monitor progress against programme and report any issues.
• Ensure site security and access control overnight.
