A long established Corporate Intermediary Firm is seeking a freelance M&A Acquisitions Specialist to work with public and private company boards. The role is flexible and can be part-time as part of a freelance portfolio. Ideal candidates will have experience in corporate strategy and M&A, coupled with strong financial analysis and interpersonal skills. This position offers the chance to engage with entrepreneurial owners effectively and manage deals in the SME marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with boards of public and private companies.
• Ability to work independently as part of a freelance portfolio.
• Previous M&A or corporate development experience is advantageous.
