Qualifications

• Proven experience working as Site Manager on groundworks and plotworks to DPC projects.
• Experience managing roads & sewers, s278 works packages as Civils Site Manager.
• Capable of running packages with values £5m+.

Responsibilities

• Daily running of civils on site as sub-contractor to housing developer.
• Ordering materials & managing supply chain.
• Writing RAMS & site documentation.
• Daily site diaries.
• Planning work - 2,3 and 4 week look-aheads.
• Monitoring progress against KPI's.

Skills

Experience as Site Manager
