Location London, with a mix of remote working and studio days in Ladbroke Grove

Working closely with the Art Director, you’ll help with:

• Bringing sketches and visual ideas into clean, accurate digital files
• Adapting designs across different leather goods, sizes and surfaces
• Creating templates and artwork that account for the physical shape of each piece
• Preparing and exporting production-ready files
• Making thoughtful adjustments so designs work visually and practically on leather
• Refining designs in collaboration with the Art Director
• Organising artwork, templates and different product variations

Skills and Experience Required

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and an interest in products and physical objects.

You might come from a background in graphic design, product design, fashion, architecture, industrial design or a related discipline. The most important thing is that you’re comfortable moving between 2D artwork and physical products, with a good understanding of scale, proportion and form.

You should have:

• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills and confidence preparing production-ready artwork
• Excellent attention to detail
• A good understanding of scale, proportion and composition
• An interest in leather goods, fashion, accessories and product design
• The ability to take a rough sketch and turn it into a precise digital design
• An understanding of how artwork needs to change across different materials, textures and product shapes
• Good organisation and file management
• A thoughtful eye for when a design works, and when it needs adjusting

Experience with physical products, patterns, textiles, leather, packaging or other material-based design is a plus.
