Job summary

PDT Fleet Training Solutions invites freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/Instructors/Assessors to deliver on-site training across Great Britain. You will conduct half- and full-day sessions for drivers, focusing on safe and effective vehicle operation in category B vehicles, with emphasis on engaging training and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates possess ADI Fleet Trainer accreditation or LGV NIR, strong communication and presentation skills, and comfort delivering courses including EV training.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an ADI Fleet Trainer or LGV NIR.
• Experience delivering courses in electric vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills are required.
• Laptop and printer are provided for course materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver half- and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises (category B vehicles).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of accurate assessment reports.
