A national property support company is seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK to create Energy Performance Certificates. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to accept or reject appointment invitations. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, relevant insurance, and a valid Assessor ID. Compensation is £62 per appointment for properties with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.

Qualifications

• A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• A valid Assessor ID.

We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.
